Not able to purchase one attempt for SAP certification exam for India region From SAP Training Shop

Hi,

I am trying to buy an CER001 SAP Certification Exam, One Attempt From INDIA,
but not able to purchase because the add basket option is not coming up.
This issue is coming up for India only, for other region the add basket option is visible.

Is any one know why this issue is coming?
please give if any other way to apply for certification through India region.

i checked yesterday and found myself that all my previous cases had been deleted, I even created a new case regarding subscription booking, after few minutes it got disappeared. Did it happen to anyone?

@Akshay171997 hi, it takes around 3-5 days to get access. It's better you provide payment proof and ur details in the same case.

Hello Nasir, Thanks for your reply. I have attached the payment proof and details in the same case. One more thing need to confirm that you have also done the payment for Account number SAPIXXXXXXXXXX and X will be the mobile number right?. Beneficiary account will be SAP.

Hi, It seems SAP isn't selling the standalone certifications CER001 and CER006 anymore. They are only selling Learning Hub that includes 4 certification attempts. Links- https://learning.sap.com/how-to-get-certified-sap-certification-faq

Hi @Sandra_Rossi, I'm yet to get a formal response from SAP on the case that I created. However, looking at the way SAP has designed the new website- Learning.sap.com, it appears that they are putting up only the 'learninghub' subscription way.

The old website- training.sap was offering only one functionality from last year i.e. buy CER001 and CER006, rest all had been moved to learning.sap. Personally, I feel CER001 and CER006 should continue in the future as well.

I created a case with SAP Training & adoption team for standalone certification attempts purchase. Below is the reply i received.

Thank you for contacting SAP Training & Adoption.

SAP is bringing in a lot of new innovations in all its cloud solutions and it is important that all consultants remain up to date on these new innovations. Going forward consultants will also be required to do an annual assessment to remain certified. Keeping this in view, going forward SAP will provide certifications only through the learning Hub subscription. This will allow all our consultants to learn new capabilities and complete the assessments to remain certified. Alternatively, consultants can connect with SAP Authorized education partners to enroll into new courses, complete assessments and purchase the certifications. We will not be selling any more the individual certifications through the Training Shop - India.

Add benificary with provided details by SAP, after activated do the NEFT payment and share the details of payment in below format. Hi Nagalakshmi, Booking through sap website is disabled for India region so you have to create a case using the link https://learning.sap.com/helpcenter/certification-support and the request the team to book it manually for you from backend. SAP training & adoption team will help you with payment procedure.

There is some problem. My payment went through without going to the shopping cart, but I did not see anything on my orders for at least 2 days. Then I could see an order but the status was "Booking in Progress". I think we cannot book the exam unless the status changed to "Booking Confirmed". Every one struggling to book certifications. It used to be so easy. This info may help you. 

My old certifications are not seen on my profile as well. I wrote to SAP partners and they replied that I have to take those certifications again, but never answered about linking them to my profile.  It's very frustrating and disappointing.
