New community.sap.com site - email notifications no longer working

Hi,

I am subscribed to several tags on the SAP community, for which I used to receive email notifications, e.g. each time a post was made, or each time someone responded to me. I haven't received any email notifications since 15th Jan 2024, which I think is around the time the SAP community site was updated.

The subscriptions are still listed in my account, and notification settings still indicate that I should be receiving emails. Why am I no longer receiving email notifications?

Hi, @hugh_gledhill:

To add to what @anne-petteroe suggested: If you followed up with that inbox and you've gotten assistance, great! There are also some possible workarounds mentioned in this post https://community.sap.com/t5/what-s-new/addressing-common-questions-and-complaints-about-the-new-pla... (which might help while we investigate).

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for your comment. Unsubscribing and resubscribing did restart email notifications. As noted in the post, this includes both questions & blog posts, since the new community doesn't seem to distinguish between them. Previously I had been subscribed to blog posts only, so perhaps this is why the notification settings did not migrate properly.
