The email which contains in the profile is an old email ID.My email got changed.Can I know how to update the profile email Id as SCN sending link to my old email ID to reset my password.
Currently I do not have access to the email .Can any one suggest how to update profile email ID or whom to contact to update profile email ID .

Do you remember your S ID?
Go to the marketplace site: http://service.sap.com
login with your s-user
find the link to the support team of that site
change the email address of your s-user

Try with the following url: SAML Response from SAP Cloud Identity
I had the same issue and was able to change my email only through this URL.
