hello all,
recently i have created an account in SAP in order to pass a certification , Yesterday i've passed the certification , i received an email telling me that "
Congratulations! You are now certified in Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Unfortunately, we cannot match your SAP Certification result with an SAP Universal ID account. In order to receive your digital badge for your passed certification, you will need to register with an SAP Universal ID."
i tried to add different account
to my primary email but i don't see the button link to proceed linking 2nd account. ( see screen bellow ) :
does any one of you faced the same issue , if so how did you managed to solve it , i can't see my certification badge because of this issue

The email which you are using must be associated to a valid p-user or s-user, only then you can have your SAP universal ID.
