Incorrect Profile Image and Badges when commenting on an answer

Hi 1DX team

After commenting on an answer, the profile picture and associated badges appear incorrectly next to my comment.

Urgent help needed - SAP Answers

As you can see, I'm definitely not a Global Moderator, Moderator and/or SAP Employee!

If I open a new tab for the same thread, or refresh the current page, then the correct profile appears

I managed to reproduce this a second time by commenting on another answer in the same thread. The screenshot is attached in the comment of the thread.
