How to use SCN

Hello Expert,

                    I am new in SCN ,so i want to know few thing

1) If i ask any question i am unable to see that question in my account unless someone reply on that. I want to see those query also so that i can put an reminder on those query if someone didn't answer.

2) How i can see the past raise query my me.

Hi Happy,

To see all you past questions you need to click on your name at the top of the screen and then select content, you will be seeing all your past question there.

And you can see the response on those questions from there only.

SCN has a 30 point rule for posting a query without moderator approval, so untill you accumulate 30 points you will be able to see your questions only after moderator's approval.

You can go through community network rules for more info on this.

Hi ,

       Thanks for the reply......now i know how to see  my past query, however still i am unable to see some of my query although those query are approved my moderator......what could be the possible reason......(which is my 1st que.)

For that you can check in activities on the same screen, it would show all of your activities.

Also, you need to close the thread the moment you find something answering your query, as per rules of engagement.
