Help Portal: We're sorry, but this content is not accessible

Hello,
I want to open the "Administration Guide for SAP S/4HANA Banking Complex Loans 2023".

SAP Help Portal page: SAP S/4HANA Banking for Complex Loans 

When I open it I am redirected to a page with the text "We're sorry, but this content is not accessible."

I have already tested different browsers. I am logged in with my S user. The Administration Guide 2020 can be opened without any problems.

When I click the “Download PDF” button and then select the 2023 Guide, I get the same message.

Can someone please help?

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have identified the guide owner and contacted them to get the guide permissions checked.

We have now updated the authorizations for this guide and you should be able to access it when you log on to SAP Help Portal.
