Error while accessing KBA

I am trying to look for the KBA 3191343 but I am getting an error every time. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Sandra_Rossui, I am still not able to access the KBA. I don't have any idea why this is happening. Can you please share a screenshot of it or copy the content here

"No data" screenshot doesn't seem to be SAP. It's possibly your laptop, network, DNS or whatever. SAP documents cannot be shared, your company must give you an SAP S-User and a working network of course.
