Change keys in SAP NetWeaver

Hi,

This month we implemented SAP NetWeaver Version 7200. I want to change the point key on the numerical area in a comma key. According to our consultant this is not possible. I will not and can not believe this is truth. Is there anybody who knows to solve this?

Hi, We have the same issue ! !

In SU01 or SU3 or User Data you change the layout from 11.222,33 to 11,222.33 but this is not what is needed. The visual layout must be 11.222,33.

We need to change the key press behavior:

- dot key in keypad represents the decimal separator in layout "11,222.33", so if I have the layout "11.222,33" the decimal separator is ","

- then dot key press should be character ","

Well, I don't think this is possible.

Sapgui is not Excel... Ergonomy has never been known as a strong point of SAP software...

I am not sure whether I got the question correctly, You can change the comma to dot in SU01 for each user I thnk under default tab.

Hi Sunil,

Thanks for your response. I think you mean the "decimal view" item in the default tab. I tried this one allready and it doesn't work.

What I want is when I push the dot button on the numerical area that SAP knows it's a comma.
