Cannot "like" / "bookmark" any content

Hello Team,

I don't see the like/bookmark option for any SCN content (across all forums).

The relevant buttons are missing in the "Actions" block. Can you please check?

In case you are using a browser extension that is meant to block/hide ads or social buttons, try disabling that. I use Firefox and whenever something unexpected happens, I reopen Firefox in safe mode using WinKey+R > firefox -safe-mode   command just to see whether issue is because of addons.

With/without disabling addons, you can launch an inprivate/incognito window using Ctrl+Shift+P (on IE/Firefox) or Ctrl+Shift+N (Chrome) that would isolate your session cookies and let you try fresh login without deleting all cookies.

You can also check in different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and different internet connections (work,home).

If nothing works, try it on some other computer which is able to show the options for any another SCN account.

Thanks Manish.

This was because of the Adblock Plus extension i am using with the Firefox browser. I have disabled ABP for SCN yesterday, but forgot to update the thread.

Some more information.

The culprit is Fanboy's Social blocking list.

Specific entry is for CSS style j-social-actions which is used by Jive/SCN.

I notified the people who maintain the list and they fixed it.

You can manually update the Fanboy's Social Blocking List. It should work fine now.
