I’m trying to use SAP at home via a VPN connection but every time I go to log on I get a message to say user is locked and a retry logon pop up appears.
I suppose you refer using saplogon to a specific system, but in any case if the user is locked you need to get in contact with the system admin to unlock your user (its possible got locked due to many failed attempts, etc...)
