Can not link second e-mail address to my Universal ID

I have added different e-mail addresses to my account but I can not link non of them to my universal ID as a second. what am I doing wrong?

Hello AISIA, Kindly create a case under component XX-SER-UID, and provide your UID account, new email address and issue relevant screen shot. The UID support team will check the issue and update you via the case. Thanks
