You are not the only one asking this question - it isn't just you. It is also consuming an enormous amount of time of moderators.

There is clearly some bug in the blog comments. It's been mentioned by several community members (myself included) but no response so far. There is a workaround solution but it'd be preferable if the core issue could be resolved.
Unfortunately it happens sporadically and I can't see a clear pattern to reproduce it. Symptom: after submitting a blog comment you get a message that comment is awaiting moderation (even though there seems to be no reason for it). Workaround: go to your blog comment list where you should see the comment at the top. Click Approve underneath it ("My name is Jelena and I approve this message!" 🙂 ). Your comment should appear in the blog shortly.

Apparently it happens, when the comment contains a link!
I wrote a new bug here: https://answers.sap.com/questions/104863/bug-the-your-comment-is-awaiting-moderation-bug-on.html

Hello, any new info about moderation delays / problems?
(one of my other comments is awaiting moderation for 4 days...)

I just saw some similar gremlins in the system while trying to help a colleague resolve a comment post that showed as 'awaiting moderation' but was visible only in his browser. There was nothing in the Moderation queue, and I am a moderator for the primary tag of the blog. I could see the comment indications in my personal Activity view because he commented on a blog that I am Following, but aside from that there was no visual indication in the comments section of the blog, other than on his browser screen.
Hi, Tomas:
I don't see a comment from you in the moderation queue, and since you're not a new user, I don't think anything from you should have gone into pre-moderation anyway. (We had issues with pre-moderation at the beginning, but, to my knowledge, everything has been resolved.)
If it's still awaiting moderation, could you direct me to the content (blog or question/discussion) you're trying to comment on? I may need to check with the tag's moderator(s) to see if there's an issue.
Best regards,
--Jerry
I am a moderator of the SAP Fiori tag where all of my experiences took place, and I can assure you that another moderator and I both confirmed that the blog comment never made it into the moderator queue. The only person seeing the moderation message for the blog comment, and proof that it was entered, was the original colleague who posted it. It is quite possible that similarly the comment Thomas is awaiting moderation for 4 days, doesn't really exist, or is in some sort of moderation limbo land. Ping me Jerry and I can fill you in if you still need more details - clearly this is not fully resolved.
If you follow Tomas and scroll then though your own activity stream then you can see what he posted ( at least a part of it):
This is the link from the comment: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/10/19/abap-news-release-7.51-abap-keyword-documentation-online/comment-pa...
In the blog is no comment to see.
Tomas may try himself if he can see the moderated comment by going to blogs.sap.com
There click the actions icon on the right and select "View my posts" .
And then click the comments filter on the left of the next screen.
If you see your comment, Tomas, then take a screenshot and post it here. You can also try if you can approve your own comment. (if that is possible, then the old bug is back)
Thank you Jürgen. That is exactly that comment. Yes, I see it in list of my posts (did not know about this WP menu, nice). And green "Approve" button is active. Can I approve it or should I wait for sap.com admins to debug it?

I informed the person in charge for moderation issues. Please leave it as is for now. I hope I have soon some feedback.
Hello Tomas,
We have a bug with respect to blog comments. IT are aware and are trying to solve the issue. I appologize for the delay as it was a weekend.
I will make sure to release these more frequently until the bug is resolved.
Thank you,
Moshe

For me the same.
A) Where do I find the Blog I have created? It does not appear anywhere in my profile.
B) I completed it yesterday, still it shows: "Post status: Pending".
