Bug while submitting an answer

Hello,

I believe, it was already reported by some user, but I cannot find this thread. It seems to be that there is a following bug in Q&A:

If the author of the question edits the thread, during the time when some other user is submitting the answer, the answer disappears from the post. However, when the user tries to answer it again and writes a new text (no draft is available), then after submitting it, one can see the previous answer as well; see screen-shot below.

On iPad both Notifications and Activities are still empty.
