[BUG] Submit results in no screen update

I have number of cases today when I press "Submit" button to save comment and see no screen update. After manual page refresh I can see that comment is saved.

I was going to add to my last comment that the button seems to stay active, but for some reason I can't edit my comments. No idea if it's always been like this.

On one occasion the button still stayed active and I clicked on it twice, and my post appeared twice too.

The time is 2:16 pm US Eastern and this just happened to me when trying to post a comment here.

The screenshot below has been taken right after clicking on Submit button. You can see the color changed slightly but nothing else happened, comment is still open. Refreshed the page and saw the comment posted.

This was observed on Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 OS and FF 62 browser (20180830143136) build under sunny weather conditions with high speed corporate wifi network. Mercury might have been in retrograde and Neptune in 12th house but don't quote me on this.

Vadim, can you send me the timezone and timestamp when the screen update does not work for you?. It's working ok for me

I've had the same issue few days ago, thought it was just a glitch in my browser. Submit a comment, nothing happens but comment is posted (which you see after the refresh).
