When I am trying to write blog I am not able to see full editor as shown below

Since What I see is  Caroleigh Deneen have different view as shown below

Please click the Toggle Toolbar button to get the same toolbar as Caroleigh

Yes, try that , that toggle button should expose the rest of the formatting options in a second row. Let us know how you make out.
