Access to SAP4ME-Portal with SAML protocol

Is it possible to get access to the SAP4ME-Customer-portal (https://me.sap.com/home)with 2-factor-authentification (SAML-protocol) and not using the SAP-passport for each SUSER?

What are the technical -prequisites for the implementation?

Is there a workaround to prepare all SUSER (>600) from our company for the 2-factor-authetification?
