When we create a case in SAP for Me, we can set Primary Contact, Secondary Contact, and System Opener in Contacts.(Ref contacts.png)
What does Primary Contact, Secondary Contact, and System Opener mean respectively?
What can we do by setting them?

The Primary Contact and Secondary Contact are the individuals who can be contacted 24/7 for cases with a Very High priority. The System Opener is the person responsible for opening the remote connection. If the System Opener also needs to update the case, please ensure that the S-user has the necessary authorizations for the case.
