A list of which component accepts an expert chat / shedule an expert

I would like to have a list of which component accepts an expert chat / shedule an expert.

I recently tried to use an expert chat for the compenent of LO-BM, then realized that some components does not accepts an expert chat. Is there any list or KBA to know which component has an expert chat?

Regarding the information on the LO-BM component, I have verified with colleagues in LO-BM and confirmed that it does not currently offer either Schedule an Expert or Expert Chat. Therefore, it seems that the information listed in the excel file is outdated. We will reach out to the team responsible to ensure that the file is updated accordingly.
