Where is the fixed indicator inherited from in Qualitative MIC master data?

Hi QM Guru,

There is an indicator called "Fixed Indicator" in a Qualitative MIC.

It is not linked to either characteristics nor a Predefined control key.

Please kindly let me know where it is from.

The indicator means the MIC is linked with Predefined/preset indicator.
