Where is the fixed indicator inherited from in Qualitative MIC master data?

Hi QM Guru,

There is an indicator called "Fixed Indicator" in a Qualitative MIC.

It is not linked to either characteristics nor a Predefined control key.

Please kindly let me know where it is from.

Fixed Indicator in Qualitative MIC is flowing from QM Control Key (Preset Indicator ) settings which can be checked in SAP SPRO Path as following:

SPRO --> Quality Management --> Quality Planning --> Insp. Char, Insp. Method --> Define Default Values for Control Indicators [Same can be checked using Tcode QCC4]

Every Control key having 2 checkboxes - Quan. Characteristics & Fixed Indicator 

As per SAP - This Indicator is useful to keep all control indicators settings as fixed and which cannot be required to change.

Apart from this, as per my knowledge never seen any settings to activate fixed indicator in MIC.

Kindly check this set up from your end & let me know the feedback.
