User Management in SAP DMC

Dear Experts,

I need your help regarding following questions:

1. What is the best practice in SAP DMC for User Management, such as single user creation or multiple user creation (user import)? Are there any limits on user creation in SAP DMC and if so, does it have any impact on licensing or costs?

2. Is it possible to transfer all relevant users from SAP ERP side to SAP DMC? Is automatic user transfer possible or is manual entry the only option?

3. What is the best practice for managing personnel fluctuations, including creating, deleting and managing access?

I have now tested to import Users from csv-file in "Manage User Assignments" App and it is working very well. The only question that I will have here and maybe you can help: is there any possibility to delete/deactivate the Users through csv-file import?
