Hi All,

Previously we had our EHS system separately recently we migrated and now here all modules are present in Same system. The issue is the background jobs executed by some other modules is effecting our system data.

Kindly let us know how to identify the job name by using the step user name.

Thanks and Regards,

Suresh.

Hello

sorry to say: "inteface user" and "job" user are "very special" and you need to pay attention here. You can list a huge numebr of "errors" here.

The best is always to cretae an "unknown" user like "JOB_EHS" and assign the needed access rights and specify the "correct" set up of this user. It is very common that you have many "jobuser" in your system and it is not always possible to use a "general" job user for all jobs

This is not related to EHS as such

Hi Satya,

Thanks for your help.

Previously We had EHS module maintained in a seperate server A and other modules like PP,QM,MM ,SD are maintained in separate server B

Now we migrated to A server to B server and now we decommissioned the A server.

Thing is like in A Server we had a single user RFC_POP_ABC maintained at interface level.

During migration to server B we maintained the same user but it is already used by many modules This user is used in interface level so changing this user is quiet tricky and user are not willing to change it.

During idoc execution we face some unwanted delays and we guess it might be due to background jobs executed by other modules but for that we have to find what are all the background jobs used for this particular step user .

So for that i asked the table 🙂

Thanks and Regards,

Suresh.
