I really need your help! I almost finished the installation of integration SAP ECTR with CATIA CAD-system

I have two questions: 1) How can I step-by-step fix the error that below?

"The Preference defined in configuration for application 'ppt' but preference-key doesn't contain any application specific part! (e.g. DType-Id, doctype or function-group). 'C:\Users\Ruslan\AppData\Local\SAP\ECTR\conf\ectrs4\US4_100_RLYZUNOV\applications\ppt\customize\config\default.txt' Preference should be defined in a common config file."

2) I can not understand why when opening CATIA СAD- systems, an additional toolbar does not appear with the SAP ECTR button (screenshot below)

Hi Ruslan,

check the chapter 6.1.6 Customizing within plm_setenv.bat respectively StartApplicationCat.xml in Installation and Setup of SAP Engineering Control Center Interface to CATIA V5 guide, the issue is there.
