SAP Digital Manufacturing | Automatic Triggers Subscription Error Internal Server Error

Hi guys,

I am trying to create a subscription within the manage automatic triggers app, but the system gives me the following error:

I have the subscription configured as follows:

The PPD that I want to run when an indicator changes value is configured as follows:

The same PPD works correctly if I configure it as a Timer, but if I configure it as a subscription it gives me the error.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Hi Omer,

The truth is that I couldn't solve the problem, and due to time issues we finally didn't use the subscription and set timers which, although not optimal, served us well for what we wanted to do.
