"undefinedprocess completed successfully" Message at POD in SAP DM

Hello All,

I'm receiving a message that says "undefined process completed successfully" in a custom POD in SAP DM.

This message primarily appears after a "Design Production Process - Cloud Process" is completed, which is triggered by an action button in the POD.

Can anyone explain why this happens and how we can prevent the message?

Hi,

It’s very hard to tell anything without checking your setup and doing some debugging.
Does your PPD use “POD Notification” service? This toast message seems to be sent by it.

Some things you can check:

• Check browser Developer Console, Console and Network tabs, and try to understand what is happening and which notifications are coming and what is being sent / received.
• Perhaps there is an Automatic Trigger being fired by your PPD call or by the Operation Complete  itself, triggering another PPD that is sending this POD Notification back? Check Monitor Production Processes app to see which PPDs are being triggered.

Otherwise, I highly suggest you raise a ticket for proper investigation and support.
