Please check what is incorrect in my Production Process Design(PPD)

Dear DM users,

I am having a trouble with PPD because of lack of knowledge.

Basely, Activity Confirmation does not automatically posted when the SFC complete as opposed to Quantity Confirmation. To confirm SVK's activities automatically, I have made a PPD like below picture, which was advised by @benwildridge.

I would like you to check what was missed on my work. Here are my production process' configurations. You can see each components' configuration and parameters below, and the pictures are ordered by the process flow. (No picture = no configured)

Then, I assigned the PPD to the routing in Manage Routings(not sure if it's needed), and to Start button action in POD designer.

Finally, it fails on POD.

error message: Elapsed duration for the operation activity 1000141-000000-0010 couldn't be retrieved.

This is the order and the operation activity's information. Also, now is 24.11.05

Did you assign the correct input variables for the production process when you start it from the POD? You can assign them when you click the button in the configuration column in the POD designer (in the Configure Action Button dialog)
