SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition contains a brand new Professional Services functionality that goes beyond on managing commercial projects.  This was exclusively introduced for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, so there are many deltas and additional functions compare with the Commercial Project Management in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition / SAP S/4HANA on-premise and ECC.
