MRS - split assignment automatically over break and night

Hi,

We use MRS to plan technicians and we have multiple day assignments.

Right now when we plan an assignment that is longer than 8 hours, a working day, we have to cut up the assignment manually.

What i'm interested in is how I can make the setting that represents the behaviour as shown in the demo on Youtube in from 7:40 till 7:49 when the 16 hour assignment is linked to a technician and splitted automatically.

I tried lots of things, but can't find the right setting.

Does anyone know how you can make an assignment split automatically upon breaks, nights and weekends?

Hi,

Please check your Planning board profile configuration. In automatic assignment split section, min. duration for splitting with how much overtime is allowed will help system to split the assignment. Please update once you check this settings
