LOIPRO Idoc failing integrating SAP ECC to SAP MES

I have configured Logical system, LOIPRO Idoc and check connectivity in SM59, when I tried to create Production order the idoc is not creating and its leaving error that production order is not relavant to MES.

What could be solution if anyone help me would be appriciable.
