Hi Community ,
Need help !
I am not able to generated reports . They are getting stuck in "Generation Possible" status.Connections are working fine .When I look into CG5Z :-
1> I have 2 line items for my active server in CG5Z . The job status is Released and Planned . Why ? How to remove the Planned line item.
2> I have a blank line item for my active server also. How to remove a blank line item from CG5Z .
3> When I go to Show jobs , my jobs are stuck in "Assigned" status which I believe is due to Released and Planned Statuses of my active server.

Hello Avitej,
The WWI Monitor (CG5Z) shows to kind of jobs:
1. The WWI Dispatcher (ABAP Program RC1WWIDP). This line has no entry in the second column and is listed on the top.
2. One or more WWI Workprocess (ABAP Program RC1WWIWP). These lines do have an entry in the the send column - usually SV00x
The job status should only be released. In your system for some reason (System Copy / System Restart / wrong config) there are two two jobs per program - one in released and one in planned (two for RC1WWIWP and two for RC1WWIDP). This is not correct. Please go to SM37 and delete the jobs in status "planned".
You see mutiple lines for the work processes. This is OK as each line represents one document that needs to be or was generated.
The WWI Cookbook SAP Note 1394553 explains everything you need to know in detail.
Hope this helps
Mark
