Is it possible restringe fields financial by portfolio item in SAP PPM?

I attached the example.

Example:

View A - BED en Tramite - portfolio item (XX)

View B - Flujo de Caja Proyectado - portfolio item (XX)

View C - Linea Base - portfolio item (ZZ)

When the user to open one portfolio item (ZZ) not apper the Views (A and B).

From your screenshot I can see that you are referring to restricting the visibility of financial groups. You can indeed control the visibility of financial groups in specific items (based on your own logic) via an appropriate implementationf of method

/RPM/IF_EX_FIN_PLAN~SET_FIN_VISIBILITY_ATTRIBUTES in BAdI /RPM/EX_FIN_PLAN.

SAP Note 2194381 provides additional information on the matter.
