Hi EHSM Expert ,
I am using below fiori apps for EHSM Incident Management but KPI data is not updating for Incident rate , Injury /illness cases, Dart rate and only Hours worked data showing ( for particular location )
***DART RATE-KPI Dashboard
Incident Rate -KPI Dashboard***
We have followed below steps for these data to be updated
1. Create Injury /illness log
2. from Create Injury /illness log , created Incident and update people with injured person details and injuries /illness details with required report checkbox as tick and Absences / Restriction entries.
3. Update Manage Hours worked for particular location
Please guide If we missed any important steps or configuration required to get KPI data update.
Thanks ,
Prashant Meshram

Hi,
the KPIs for the DART rate and Incident Rate are based on the number of recordable Incident cases. Hence, you will need to record Incidents instead of Injury/Illness log entries. Injury/Illness log entries do not count into these KPIs as they only represent a minor medical treatment which is not reportable and does not cause any absences or restrictions from work.
Once you record an Incident, you have to make sure that it is reportable. On the top of the Incident screen, there is a Yes/No indicator whether the case is reportable.
To get to a reportable case, you have to (automatically or manually) determine the reporting duty of the case. This can be achieved by (as an example) having an absence, fatality, or other reporting criteria. The reportable is based on the chosen Regulation.
With kind regards,
Michael
