How to remove spacings in SDS template

Recently with new SAP templates , I am seeing lots of spacing between the lines. Can we minimize those spacing's in template so that we don't see any gaps in SDS output ?

sorry to say: this is "basic" WWi handling and should be resolved very easily. ust check WWI template and adjust the "coding" there (in thi scase i would assume iot is standard Word option an no WWI part)

PS: why not just use the template.. no tback look and feel from my point of view
