Hello Colleague,
The Number Generator function can be used for automatic numbering of the Portfolio during creation step.
Refer to the SAP Note 1719656 and SAP Note 1723308 to get this new functionality and use the configuration switches 0002 / 0010 under the IMG node 'Override Default Global Settings'.
Additionally you can also refer to making the field to READ ONLY as well delivered through the new switch 0006/0052, refer the SAP Note 2647942 for further details.
