Error "Cannot load RUC-file" with new rule set in Expert server

Dear all,

I have the following error when executing a new ruleset that I have just added to the server:

Cannot load RUC-file: GHS_ID_V1-3.ruc; Registry en try not found Registry key(s): Registry entry not  found Registry key(s): HKLM\Software\TechniData\

I have defined the user exit:

And added the entry in CGSADM for the expert server:

I also checked from the server itself, and the entries look ok:

I have also tried with the full path in the CGSADM parameters (C:\Program Files (x86)\EHS\Expert\Rules\...), but same error.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance!!

Irene

Issue is solved:

there is a mistake in the RegContent 1605 documentation for this ruleset: It mentions that GHS_SUB_PB2009_2_3 should be used. But instead, the ruleset used sub rule GHS_SUB_PB2011_1_7

Hi, short comment... both the main ruleset and the subrules are registered in CGSADM (as mentioned in note 1609641)

Hi Irene,

Please check again that all needed subrules are present which are needed by GHS_ID. There is a total of 8 subrules needed (check in the Admin Manual, chapter E3).
