E301 Symbol type in value file does not match symbol type in layout

When i am trying to view the Print Preview , i am encountering the issue ,Open The T Code CG42, Select the template. Click on the print Preview.

Just added this new VAT in the property tree, which i am trying to display on to the existing WWI report.

Its for Recipe formula WWI report , so need to insert the primary output specification numbeer in WWI

no clue regarding your feedback.

You have a spec number; this is of type "FORMULA"; you have a property tree and a property. There seems to be no assigned "class" to the VAT (this is in theory ok; but not used very often). You use a "main" repeating group; and there is a nested child group to read "user defined" text data.

If you have created the output of the report using the spec number. there should be no difference in process if the spec number would be e.g. "REAL_SUB"

As explained. you use >90% custom symbols. So there are many areas of errors to look at. No help possible with out more information

PLease check e.g. blogs as "WWI for beginners" and "WWI for experts"

WWI layout contains customs symbols (mainly). Therefore. not easy to identify what is wrong. May be discussion in the thread as listed will help.

I went through the links provided, but i couldnt figure the issue yet. I created a new class , Where i am trying to populate that class- chracteristic value on WWI
