Decision Point to be decided by the item creator at the time of creating Item

Dear PPM Experts,

I have an scenario where Item Decision points needs to be decided at the time of creating an item,

There are in total 7 decision points but in certain cases only 3 decision points are required whereas in certain cases 5 or 7 decision point

Is there a way in standard to configure the scenario in S/4 Hana

Hi Simon,

Decision Points are always configured to one Item Type. You can achieve this by defining different item types based on your decision points. You can configure the same under

Define Define Portfolio Item Types > Linking Item type and Decision Points

This functionalities was the same in SAP PPM 6.1. I hope this helps.
