Hi,
We would like to create resource assignment purely based on demand scheduled date and time. Even if resource is not available during that time, resource planner will create assignment during non-available time and later deal with resource and adjust is time to get the work done.
Problem we are facing is when we are dragging and dropping the demand item (PM operation) on resource name in planning board, it's creating assignment in non-available time (gray area) but movement use saves it the assignment is moving to next available time slot. How to achieve this? As far as I know when you drag and drop concrete assignment, planning board creates assignment as per demand date and time with warning.
Please give me pointers or suggestions to achieve this functinality.
