When doing the check "List Configured Processes" in EHS there are several processes in an error state.
When I check, the error states PCO Class cannot be found - but the configuration is as per standard...
eg: HSSINC_ACTIONPM_NOTIFICATION Plant Maintenance Notification / PCO Class Defined: CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_ACTION_PM.
Have we missed a step where the standard PCO classes are generated,?
Other processes, such as INCIDENT CREATE and INVESTIGATION STEP are working fine, but in the example shown the result seems to be that no PM notifications are generated when we create an Incident Action of this type.

Hi Alan,
from S/4HANA version 1809 the old actions are deprecated and now we use the new Task Management.
The PCBO and PCO objects are not available anymore and you should not check/rely on SPRO activity "List Configured Processes".
The Workflows are now triggered via adapter classes and all available customizing is done under Environment, Health and Safety -> Foundation for EHS -> Task Management.
