Hello All,
We have configured qRFC monitoring for one of the production system to know the stuck queues more than 30min. this was working fine earlier but now the rating for this alert is showing as gray even though the health is green and also BPMON data collection is not happening. This is a RFC pull metric. Can you please suggest how to troubleshoot this data collection or gray alert issue in BPMON.

I think you need to check followings.
1. Test the data collection in the monitored system referring to the KBA 3258555 - BPMon: How to test & execute data collection manually in ST13: DCC_UTILS
2. If the data exists and is displayed via ST13 without problems, please check whether the job BPM_DATA_COLLECTION* is running without problems in the monitored system.
3. If the job runs fine but no data is displayed on Solution Manager side, check whether the framework job EFWK RESOURCE MANAGER has any performance issues like runs more than 1 minute, any Resource cap related logs are displayed, etc.
If this is the case, please refer to the KBA 2501031 and adjust the configuration to resolve the performance issue of the framework job.
