Hello,
A user of the Success Factors learning management system (LMS) has been assigned training in this regional platform. Whenever he needs to complete viewing a training video, the system times out after about half an hour. He uses Windows to sign in and uses a laptop computer as opposed to a Mac. Thank you.
Request clarification before answering.
I have found that the timeout error does not appear or appears much later if videos are packaged into a SCORM package. Just in case it helps.
