VarPay Export timeslices without Business Goals

Hi Team,

is it possible to do an export/report that shows Variable Pay timeslices without Business Goals? When I select the Bonus Payout Detail Report in Executive Review those timeslices without Business Goals (e.g. because they were missing in Business Goal Upload file) are missing. I also tried to build a report but this also skips the entries without a goal.

Hi @rebeccanussba 

No it is not. We must have at least one business goal assigned tied to each Bonus plan to be able to use the Detailed Export that shows all assignments with their dates.

The trick is to add a column of type ifld to the employee history background element without any mapping to EC then to assign the business goal using that column and value = 0 (a ifld field non mapped to anything will always show 0 instead of blank). Once the goal shows correctly for everyone we can then use FBP to hide the business section fields (but the checkbox that enables the business section as a whole must remain checked for the export to work correctly).
