Hello Team,
We are facing a problem to view "variable pay individual view" from employee profile.
The link is getting enabled in employee profile but after clicking its showing blank page and managers are not able to see the VP individual view for their direct reports.
We have enabled live profile visibility from the variable pay template and also below permissions are already enabled.
User -Employee Data - edit/view for the Variable Pay Individual View.
User -Employee Views - edit/view permission.
Can anyone please help to find out the solution?
Regards,
Ravi

Hello xavierlegarrec
Thank you for your response.
Yes, we have field based permission enabled and we have given view permission for the fields to compensation admin and managers from the template and also enabled the RBP accordingly for both, but still getting the blank page after clicking on the link.
Live profile access and live profile visibility are also enabled for the roles.
User -Employee Data - edit/view for the Variable Pay Individual View.
User -Employee Views - edit/view permission.
Please find below the screenshot.
Best Regards,
Ravi

if everything is aligned with the above explanations (RBP on self, permission defined in succession datamodel, "view live profile" in varpay template setting) and if the link still doesn't show, check for interoperability code at the bottom of your variable pay template. I was unfortunate to use a source template that had interoperability code in my demo environment to build a mockup. Interoperability isn't supported as per KBA. Remove the code, then duplicate the template and relaunch a worksheet and it will work.
Hi Xavier,
It appears that as of 10/2024, Individual View is available for Total Compensation templates. Following Alekya's recommendation, we added element-permission read for all relevant roles, and we were able to view the individual view for a Total Comp template. Can you please verify if this is intended or if the feature should be unavailable for Total Comp?
Regards,
Roman
