Users enrolling in courses receive multiple SystemEnrollmentNotifications - 1 for each day of class

We recently started receiving duplicate, identical SystemEnrollmentNotifications for all of our classes > 1 day long. E.g. enrolling in a class spanning 10 days (segments) will generate 10 identical registration emails with *.ics attachments. Same happens when withdrawing from a class. 

Has anyone seen this?

Yes, we're seeing this too. SAP have released the below KBA which states that their engineering team is currently working on it:

Hopefully they will identify the issue soon as it's been a couple of weeks already.

Thanks @jackoneill23, neither the ticketing system that searches for the issues before letting you submit one, nor the SAP support agent that responded to my opened ticket, had a better answer than yours.
