Hello Enable Now Community,
If I create a user role in the Manager and assign all rights to this role, it still cannot access the workarea. What could be the reason for this? The only one who can access the workarea to assign courses is our admin user for Enable now.
For example:
Many thanks in advance.

Hi there,
There are two types of permissions in Enable Now, User Permissions that are added to User Roles to allow users to access Enable Now functionality. I think this is the functionality that you are using.
The second type of permission in Enable Now is a Workarea Permission. Workarea Permissions control access to the content in a Workarea. To modify these:
1. Open Manager
2. Select Administration > Workspaces and Tags
3. Click the Manage Access link beside the Workspace that you are trying to control
4. Add a User Role, e.g. Administrators, to the Selection field and then give that User Role the correct access to the Workspace
5. Click OK after adding all the relevant User Roles and specifying the level of access for each Role
Administrators should have full access to the Workspace. Master and Standard Authors should be able to create, edit and delete content, and Learners should only be able to view published content.
Regards
Shane
