Hi Sheen, Thanks for reaching out. I believe I found the root cause of this issue. In the configuration workbook for an item ID maximum allowable characters is mentioned as 90. This gets entered in the system as well. However, the maximum length of the item ID from the UI is only 30 characters. So when an item ID is created through connector with more than 50 characters, and when it's assigned to users, the users are facing this issue. I'm not sure then why we have 90 characters mentioned in the configuration workbook. Second point is Item ID cannot have any special characters, basically if we need to create an item ID in French, German, it's throwing up the errors.
