Total Compensation Individual Guideline Percentage decimals

Hi all,

I hope someone here can help me out.

We are using a Total Compensation Plan for our company. In the Bonus-Tab, we use Individual Guidelines for the Individual Bonus Amount. The guidelines are displayed with a min and max percentage. The guidelines have 2 decimals, but the guidelines in the form only show one decimal and it rounds up. As an example:

We take the min of the guideline as the default, and it shows right in de individual percentage, but not in the individual guideline. The guidelines should also show the 2 decimals.

Within Variable Pay you have the option 'set number formats', which you dont have in the Total Comp template:

Is there a way to show 2 decimals for the Individual Bonus Guidelines in the Total Compensation plan?

@xavierlegarrec, May I ask you which of the Number formats controlles the Individual Bonus Guidelines? I have the exact same format as you have in the screenshots, but for me still 1 decimal is shown in the form/executie review. Toggeling between the functional and employee currency doesn't make a difference (checked to be sure)

It's either defPercentFormat_varpay or defBonusPctFormat_varpay, I would need to test and won't be able to today, please let me know when you find out ! thanks @annehuvenaars

@xavierlegarrec, I have tested and the defBonusPctFormat is changing the individual percentage, not the Individual guidelines. Although, when I tried changing the defPercentFormat_varpay format, nothing changed on the form. I will further look into this, maybe also try it in my own demo system. I will let you know if I find the solution!
