To Trigger workflow on Employee time import

Hi All,

I would like to know if it is possible to trigger workflow while we mass import the "employee time" object.

I have workflow associated with "Employee Time" object, when the request is saved, workflows will get triggered.

However, while I mass import the "employee time data", no workflow gets triggered.

Basically I change the approval status of the Time record from "Approved" to "Pending" state, and expect the workflow to trigger as the data gets saved during the import. I am using "Import and Export tool for this purpose.

Can you please let me know if this is possible?

Foundation Objects - when add/update/delete effective dated Foundation Object (via Manage Organisation, Pay and Job Structures)

MDF Objects - when add/update/delete all MDF objects (including MDF Foundation Objects). This includes Benefits, Advances, Deductions, NEW Payment Information, and any other portlet built on MDF
