Hi Experts,

I have a situation where in HR admin should have a possibility of making filtering options on the executive review such as shown below

buddepu_0-1732208481185.png

the RBP role for this HR admin has already been set up in such a way that it has capability to access all manager levels.

problem statement is that amongst this list in the filtering options that are shown earlier, I am able to see the results for all employees, team view (first manager). how ever system does not show any results for team view (second manager) as it retrieves blank entries which is not the case as data do exist.

any reflections on what needs to be adjusted in this scenario?

Hi @buddepu ,

For the custom/second manager hierarchy to work, you must populate this value for all users in the hierarchy.  If there are any circular references or a break in the hierarchy structure, this filter will not work as you expect.  Please see this KBA on creating a custom hierarchy.  Note that the top of the hierarchy must have a blank value in their SECOND_MANAGER field and not NO_MANAGER.

Hope this helps.
